I spent a nice time here, recommend to anyone. Everything was good and I enjoyed the spa center. - Great and perfect location near the city center, the main Gondola, and the gondola lift, I felt safe. - It also was next to the forest.

The hotel is new-fashioned, rather big, and has a fridge in the room. the location is marvelous, and Bansko Ski Resort is within walking distance. - the hotel is conveniently located next to a ski hire shop, cafeteria, and the Gondola, making it perfect for skiers.

I recently stayed at Casa Karina for a ski trip. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the gondola. The rooms were spacious and warm, with plenty of storage space. I appreciated the daily towel and garbage change. The food was diverse and plentiful, although a bit salty for my taste. The hotel also had great amenities, including a swimming pool, spa with excellent massages, and secure underground parking. The staff were friendly and did their best during this challenging ski season.

I would recommend this hotel.

casa karina impressed me once again. the cozy rooms with comfy beds and great heating made for a perfect ski trip with my family. the location near the gondola was a huge advantage, and the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. highly recommend!

The hotel room had a nice balcony and comfortable beds providing a great view. the hotel had secure parking at a reasonable rate and a big room which was very warm.

The water at dinner had to be paid for additionally. the pool was also notably cold.

We stayed at a hotel located right across from the ski lift with fantastic spa facilities. the room was well-equipped with hot water, instant coffee pots, and a fridge. the breakfast had a variety of foods and drinks. We were pleased with the staff's helpfulness and kindness, and the views from the room were breathtaking. They had a large and heated ski wardrobe near the room, and we enjoyed the sauna, steam bath, and pool after skiing.

Some of the rooms had cigarette smoke, which wasn't pleasant.

We loved the modern decor with natural light in the restaurant, plus the spa massages and lovely pool. The apartment was spacious and had a stunning mountain view from the balcony. The hotel's location was excellent, walking distance to the Gondola, yet away from the nightlife noise. The staff was friendly, and the daily room service was excellent.

The hotel had a great spa with a warm pool and clean sauna and steam room. The staff were friendly and the location was close to the ski lifts which was convenient. They also had a nice gym that was well-equipped and accessible at all times. All of which contributed to a relaxing winter vacation.

The food was not great, especially during Christmas time. The breakfast buffet was crowded and not very varied.
